Matt Weinglass and I dive deep into the intricacies of Trump’s Big Beautiful Surveillance Bill, as I’m calling it. Trump’s Bill not only guts social programs and healthcare, but also acts as a gigantic give away to Big Tech, defense contractors, Israeli intel, Palantir, DARPA, and Silicon Valley, all to build the incoming digital surveillance prison under an AI-powered Panopticon. For example, Palantir has secured over $113 million in federal contracts since President Trump took office, including deals with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Pentagon, and is in discussions with the Social Security Administration and IRS. We also talk about how Trump’s once again threatening to deport U.S. citizens, while also building prisons that are not just going to be used on documented workers, but could be expanded to any dissidents or those talking outside the establishment narrative.
In recent times, we’ve seen the increased persecution of those who criticize Israel for its ongoing genocide in Gaza, against protestors for a Free Palestine, or those organizing against ICE. We’ve the degradation of U.S. privacy and freedoms since 9/11—freedoms we will never get back. The truth is there’s a trend toward warrantless surveillance and movement control on U.S. citizens and this will be amplified via drone warfare and AI. What’s clear is that the U.S. is relying on the war machine to survive, as it’s falling and declining and in denial of the changing world.
