Russia tightens its grip on victory, while Washington-the architect of the war-exerts full control of Kiev, aiming to salvage a crushing military defeat into a business deal. But stakes are rising.
Great work Fi ! My only comment about the situation in Ukraine is that the RF NEEDS to regime-change Kiev and institute long-term de-nazification in west Ukraine to achieve victory and security for it's people.
"But as an American far too aware of the realities existing in the halls of D.C, distrusting every word from Washington is the bare minimum." Exactly. It's a long con, although the US con artists are getting stupider and more venal, which is a good thing, I guess, although it's not going to be pretty. Well it already isn't pretty here, in most places, but Washington doesn't give a crap about that.
The Russians are methodically destroying the NATO military, so I don't think there's any motivation to end the smo. We've been walking right into Putin's hands for over a year and a half now, it would be dumb of Putin to stop.
Zelensky keeps escalating, with the biggest swarm ever. Which gives Putin all the justification he needs to start with the tactical nukes Five or 10 kiloton warheads on hypersonic missiles or the lurking Poseidon torpedoes. NATO won't do anything.
I’ve outlined why they desire to stop though. It’s not about them obliterating NATO, they want to normalize relations with the West. That’s very evident based on their actions. Talks are coming in Istanbul. It’s not whether we agree with it being wise or not, it’s what’s happening. As I said Russia has the cards but again they don’t want to continue this war. That’s very clear. I don’t think they should trust the West but that’s their prerogative.
Well, that would be ideal, if the Russians want to end the smo. And you're there in Moscow, certainly with a better sense of the sentiment. But I can't imagine the Russian people and Putin would negotiate a settlement. A million Troops, with all the stuff, wouldn't be able to push the Russians backwards.
Never in history has the situation more favored Russia. Economically, politically and militarily. To not take advantage of this would be crazy. "Normalizing" relations with
the USA is cartoonish absurd.
The Ukrainians have used cluster munitions on civilians since 2014, sank the flagship Minsk, blew up Nordstrem 2, the Kerch and the Crimean Bridge, shelled the Zaphorizhia Power Plant, abused and murdered old people in Kursk and a lot of other places, arrogated $250 billion dollars, and now they've come full circle, back to plain terrorism, with the drone swarms.
There has to be a coup de gras, that nobody can ever forget.

Excellent. Thank you.
